Who we are. Altered Active is an activewear brand based in Bangkok, Thailand. Contact us at queenie@alteredactive.co or @alteredactive.bkk on Instagram.

Placing an order. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

Pre-orders. Drop 1 is sold as a pre-order, which means you are paying before the item is in our hands. Estimated ship dates are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. If a date moves we will email you. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Prices and payment. All prices are in Thai Baht and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Pricing and description errors. We try to get everything right, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after your confirmation email. We will always contact you first.

Orders we may decline. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where an order appears to be for resale, or where we cannot verify the billing or delivery details. If we do, you get a full refund.

Discount codes. One discount code per order. Codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time before use.

Product descriptions. We describe our fabric and certifications as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Our fabric is certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class I. That certification applies to the fabric, not to the brand as a whole.

Returns. See our Refund Policy.

Your content. If you tag us or send us photos, you give us permission to reshare them on our channels with credit. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

Our content. The Altered Active name, wordmark, photography and written content belong to us. Please do not use them commercially without asking.

Liability. We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Thai consumer law.

If part of these terms does not apply. If any single clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of these terms still stand.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version live on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to your order.
