Is this a pre-order? When will I get it?
Partly. Drop 1 is made in a small batch, so pieces ship as each one is ready. The crop bra, tank and bike short are in stock and ship in 2 to 3 days. The wrap top and men's pieces ship from 18 September. The wide-leg pant and the headband are still being made and ship from the end of September. Items in one order may ship separately, and you will get tracking by email each time.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. If you would rather pay by PromptPay or bank transfer, choose that option and we will send you the details. Outside Thailand? Message us @alteredactive.bkk and we will sort it out.
Is there a discount for buying more than one piece?
Yes. Take any two pieces and shipping across Thailand is on us, applied automatically at checkout. No code, any combination. If you are on the waitlist, your 20% off code works alongside it.
How do I find my size?
The fastest way is to tell us what you wear in Lululemon or Uniqlo and match it on our Size Guide. It also has every piece measured flat. Between sizes? Size down for snug, up for relaxed. If you are unsure, message us, we are happy to help.
What is it made of? Is it really non-toxic?
A soft blend of TENCEL Modal and organic cotton, with a touch of elastane for stretch. No polyester, no nylon, no PFAS finish. The fabric is certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class I, the standard used for baby products, which means it was tested for harmful substances by an independent institute.
Why is there elastane in it if you are plant-based?
Because without it, nothing holds its shape. Five percent elastane is the only synthetic in the garment, and we name it everywhere rather than round up to plant-based and hope you do not check.
How do I care for it?
Machine wash cold and gentle, inside out, with like colours, and separately for the first few washes. No fabric softener, no bleach, no tumble dry. Hang or lay flat to dry in the shade.
