Shipping & returns

How it gets to you,
and how to send it back.

Shipping

  • Where. Anywhere in Thailand, sent via Flash Express with tracking.
  • Cost. Flat ฿40. Free on two or more pieces.
  • Timing. Pieces ship as each one is ready. The crop bra, tank and bike short are in stock and ship in 2 to 3 days. The wrap top and men's pieces ship from 18 September. The wide-leg pant and the headband are still being made and ship from the end of September.
  • Split shipments. Items in one order may arrive separately. You get tracking by email each time, at no extra cost.
  • Packaging. A paper mailer and a reusable cotton mesh bag, yours to keep as a laundry bag. No plastic fillers.
  • Delays. If anything slips we email you before the date, not after it.

Returns & exchanges

  • Window. Seven days from receiving your order. For pre-orders the clock starts the day it arrives, not the day you order.
  • Condition. Unworn, unwashed, free of odours, perfume or stains, with all original tags attached.
  • If we got it wrong. Wrong item, wrong size or a manufacturing defect, we cover it. We pay return shipping and send the correct item or a full refund. Just send a photo.
  • Size exchange. One per order, subject to stock. A ฿70 shipping fee applies, waived if the error was ours.
  • Change of mind. Return within the window in original condition for a refund. Return shipping is yours.
  • Refunds. Processed within five to seven business days of us receiving and inspecting the return, to your original payment method.
  • Final sale. For hygiene reasons, headbands are not returnable unless faulty.

How to request a return

Message us at @alteredactive.bkk, or reply to your order confirmation email, with your order number, the reason, and a photo of the item. We will confirm the next steps the same day where we can.
