Shipping policy

Where we ship. Anywhere in Thailand, via Flash Express with tracking on every parcel.

How long it takes once it ships. Bangkok usually 1 to 2 business days. Elsewhere in Thailand usually 2 to 4. Tracking is emailed to you the moment it leaves us.

Pre-order timing. Drop 1 is a pre-order, so each piece ships as soon as it is ready:

• Crop bra, bike short and tank: within a few days of ordering
• Men's tee, men's tank and wrap top: from around 18 September
• Wide-leg pant and headband: from early October

Split shipments. Items in one order may arrive separately as each piece becomes ready. You get tracking each time and you are never charged twice for shipping.

Packaging. A paper mailer and a reusable cotton mesh bag, which is yours to keep as a laundry bag. No plastic fillers.

Please check your address. We ship to the address given at checkout. If it is wrong or incomplete and the parcel is returned to us, we will resend it once you cover the reshipping cost. Message us straight away if you spot a mistake and we will fix it before it goes out.

If a parcel goes missing. If tracking stops moving for more than five business days, tell us. We will chase the courier and replace or refund your order. You do not have to deal with Flash Express yourself.

Delays. If anything slips we will email you before the date, not after it. We would rather tell you the truth early than sell you a date we cannot keep.

Outside Thailand. We are not shipping internationally for Drop 1. Message us at @alteredactive.bkk and we will let you know when we do.
